New Interactive Series: My First Time

Listen up Gloss Boxers! S & G have a lot of exciting things planned for TGB in 2009, and we need your help. Today we're starting a new series called, "My First Time"-- a fun little way to share your first experiences. (To all you Dirty Gloss Boxers out there:-- we're going to stick to all things beauty-related).

Here's how it works! Since you know S & G love to tell you stories about their lives to help put the products into context, we want you, too, to share your stories. For this particular series, we want to hear about how you felt or what you did your 'first time' you forayed into different aspects of beauty. S can tell you a couple of doozies about waxing, and romantic tales about perfumes. G will wax on about skin care and the first time she tried lipstick. We want  you guys to share and let us know how products make you feel-- the soft side of life.  

Here's where we make it worth your while: Of all the entries submitted, we'll literally throw your name into a hat (more likely a beret, in case you want us to be truthful)-- and the name we pull will win a lovely gift from The Gloss Box Girls. It could be lotion, lipgloss, a makeup bag, a new shampoo... the possibilities are endless. But we won't send you crap in a bag, in case you were worried. 

Send in your stories as a comment at the end of the post. If you post anonymously,  email us at theglossbox@gmail.com. We will compile the best stories and weave them into a post. The winner will be announced here on The Gloss Box.  We will need to get some info to verify you are who you are-- so make sure you send us some type of contact info!
